Some of you may remember that at Chinese New Year, I was invited to a wedding. Well, after a long time, the wedding pictures and video are ready to see!
The couple are Martin and Miki. I am an old friend of Martin's brother, so I was invited to the wedding.
Martin and Miki both work in advertising.
It was my very first Chinese/Taiwanese wedding, so everything was very new and unique for me! One thing that struck me the most, was that the bride gets to wear three different dresses! In England, the bride wears her white dress all through the wedding, but Miki changed twice. Sometimes, the wedding was like a fashion show! I had a great time. I hope you enjoy the video as much as I enjoyed the wedding! (If you look carefully, you can see me near the beginning of the video. I was the only white foreigner at the wedding!)

回覆刪除There are really complacted preparations before and during the wedding in traditional marriage in Taiwan. And in my opinion, the new couple are the most tired, especially the bride.
By the way, I'm Sean's best man and I could be free that time, I guess. So come on to sit in my table with us, sir. It must be fun.
