  1. Dear Quentin,
I'm your student in 商用寫作 class. I'd like to ask whether you are providing short term 1-to-1 conversation classes or not. I got an interview invitation from China Airlines but I'm afraid that my poor speaking ability will let me failed even though my TOEIC grade is 840(435/405 Mar.27). The interview will be held on 6/14 and thus it's a little bit urgent. If it's convienent for you, please email me for more detail about the interview. My email address is poiyu0629 at yahoo.com.tw. My phone call is 0922168209. Thank you very much!

    Best Regards,
    Poi Yu

  2. Dear Quentin,
the link is about rose pies.

Actually, I like this snack but I seldom eat
it.Because I have to drive a long way to buy
    it.

You said that you really like dumplings.
That's great.Let me tell you my favorite
food. It's "fried dumpling(煎餃)",a kind of water dumpling. It is not hot stuck(鍋貼).In fact, they are two different food.

Fried dumplings are easy to find in a breakfast store. But they usually taste bad!!
It is hard to find delicious ones on the street. The easiest way to find them is to cook by youself!

In addition, I also like water dumplings.
There are many ways to eat them, water cooking, frying(煎),or steaming(蒸).

You can google pictures of these snacks by posting the chinese symbols.
    Enjoy!
    Brian

  3. Hey poi yu, I have written an email to you.

Brian, thanks for this information. I guess by water dumplings, you mean boiled dumplings. Dumplings can be fried or boiled, or steamed.
    Gosh, now I am hungry!
    hehe
