Oscar Night: Poll

With only 6 days to go to Oscar night, excitement is building up over who the winners are going to be. 'Black Swan' is many people's favourite, according to most people I talk to. I haven't seen it yet, so I can't judge. In fact, this year, I'm kind of behind. I have seen 'The Social Network', which I really enjoyed, and 'Inception' which I have seen twice, and which has a very clever story and totally awesome special effects.  I also saw 'The Kids are All Right', which has great acting from everybody in it. I guess most of the others are not on in Taiwan yet.

Out of these three movies I have seen, I would vote for 'The Social Network' for its great acting and script. The dialogue is brilliant, written by Aaron Sorkin, who was the writer and creator of 'The West Wing', my all time favourite TV series. And I think the film shows really well the ideas behind facebook, and makes you think about how facebook is effecting us all.
