Taipei in an English Newspaper

The UK newspaper and website: The Guardian had an article last weekend about famous restaurants and the food available in Taipei. It's very rare to see any news about Taiwan in English newspapers, so I was very surprised and happy to see this. Taipei is getting more famous internationally for tourists. This is good, right?
