Crime 1:
Shasta Groene was 8 years old when she and her brother Dylan disappeared from their home in rural Idaho. Police found the bodies of her mother, older brother and her mother's boyfriend in the house. When she was found alive this week in the company of a convicted sex offender, she recounted a horrific tale of her kidnapping and abuse.
Crime 2:
Last Tuesday outside Chicago, where two 18-year-olds, Michael Javon Smith and Jamir Johnson were arrested after a witness called police and reported seeing three people running through the snow carrying a television. The cops said they followed the tracks in the snow to a nearby house where they found the suspected burglars watching a football game on the stolen TV.
Crime 3:
Monday morning seven students were taken out of their classrooms and arrested for assaulting a 13-year old student then leaving him hanging from a fencepost by his coat. The victim, did not suffer any serious physical injuries but did suffer "extreme mental anguish" from the assault. The defendants were all upper classmen, ages 16 and 17.

They should be jail for several years to pay the price for stealing.Besides that, caning is another good choice and i bet they never do that again after caning.

Caning, you mean like they do in Singapore? mmm. Maybe it's not a bad idea for bullies.
