I saw this Australian movie on Sunday. It was excellent. It tells the true story of the Australian swimmer Tony Fingleton, who won the silver medal in the 1962 British Empire and Commonwealth Games. Tony had a terrible relationship with his father, who was an alcoholic. The movie also focusses on Tony's relationship with his brother, also a swimmer. The acting in the movie is excellent, especially from the two parents, Geoffrey Rush playing the father, and Judy Davies (one of my favourite actors) playing the mother.
The movie is about how you should always follow your dream, no matter who you are. I highly recommend it.
